MMmmmm! Brisket!



I did the rub, a modification of a Southern Living recipe. After I threw it on the smoker, somebody else babysat the beef. I'm cool with that.

Brisket Rub

1/4 cup Kosher salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 black pepper
3/4 cup paprika
2 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons Tony Cacherie's

Mix together and rub on brisket. You can let it marinate for no time or 8 hours. It's up to you.

*This rub is SPICY
